11		National University Skill Development Forum (NUSDF) – Signed on 9 August 2025. NUSDF will provide free training workshops, capacity-building programs, career counseling, and leadership development initiatives. Students will benefit from mentorship, boot camps, soft skills training, and digital learning competitions. Awareness campaigns and the co-creation of digital and print educational materials will also be included.
12		UNICEF – The agreement signed on 15 July 2025. This strategic partnership focuses on employability and skill-based knowledge. It covers curriculum integration, teacher development, cyber safety, youth engagement, mental health, and strengthening NU’s online learning platforms. A Micro-Skills Framework, aligned with global standards, will also be introduced.
13		Aspire to Innovate (a2i), ICT Division – Signed on 24 May 2025. a2i will support NU by integrating ICT competencies into academic programs, facilitating blended learning, enhancing digital content delivery, and developing structured ICT curricula. The collaboration will also organize job fairs, continue industry collaboration, and equip students with modern workforce skills.
14		National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) – Signed on 3 May 2025. This collaboration emphasizes market-relevant skill development for NU students through training programs, curriculum revision aligned with industry standards, and joint research on labor market trends.
15		Coalition of Development and Communication Society (CDCS) – On 27 March 2025. NU and CDCS started a one-year project with support from the Embassy of Japan. The project is called “Enhancing Fruit and Vegetable Consumption among Adolescents through School Gardens.” It includes awareness campaigns, workshops, training for teachers and communities, and creating educational materials about nutrition.
16		North South University – Signed on 6 February 2025. This partnership covers joint symposia, lectures, conferences, collaborative research, faculty and researcher exchanges, academic material sharing, and co-supervision of research students.
17		Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) – On 24 September 2024. NU and BYLC launched a pilot project focused on career development, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy. The initiative will train nearly 2,000 students and establish career centers in affiliated colleges. Teachers will also receive training to serve as career advisors for students.

Diplomatic Engagements and Future Directions:

Beyond institutional agreements, NU has also engaged with embassies of China and Switzerland, while outreach efforts are underway with embassies of Turkey, Russia, Australia, Canada, Japan, and others. These diplomatic ties will pave the way for global academic exchange programs, scholarships, and international research collaborations.
