Functions and Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Project Concept Paper (P.C.P) and Project Proforma (P.P) of National University.
2. Monitoring of Development Programme of National University.
3. Supervision of all development works of National university.

Dealing with UGC, Ministry of Education, Planning Commission, IMED, Finance Division and other ministries:

• Preparation of statement for fund release break-up and periodical statement.
• Preparation of working paper for monthly ADP review meeting under the UGC & Ministry of Education.
• Preparation of reports in the prescribed forms for IMED, Finance and Education Division.
